Health is Wealth

Time is of the essence, and I know for a fact, I have a lot more time here on earth because of how I take advantage of my time. Your mental, physical, and emotional health should take up majority of your time. These essentials matter because we should be taking care of ourselves every day of our lifetime providing the proper care we need. When you wake up you need at least 15-30 minutes to yourself setting the mood for the day. This is called meditating. For the next hour or however much time you need for your hygiene routine, will be focused on your physical health. You determine whether day or night is best for your physical exercise spending 30-45 minutes a day for at least five days out of the week. Then there’s our emotions. Emotions are tough and it is what makes up majority of our health. If we are sad or even mad, it prevents us from maintaining the other two important attributes to our health, which again is the physical and mental. Emotions can also impact our appetite in which what we eat or don’t eat makes up our mental, physical and emotional health. In two weeks, I can help you build a new habit and I believe in this fact because in just this paragraph alone I have opened your mind. My teachings are quite different because as a plant-based eater, I will not teach you to be like me, but to be the best version of yourself and have balance and purpose within it. Having balance and purpose makes up our health, and having all of these things under control builds our wealth.
